Terms of Service

No Story Please is a recipe extraction tool. You give us a URL, we pull out the recipe and strip the clutter. Be respectful, don't abuse the service, and we'll keep things running smoothly. Here are the details.

By accessing or using No Story Please ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

No Story Please extracts recipe content from publicly accessible web pages. We format this content into a clean, readable layout for your personal use. We are a tool for accessing publicly available recipe information — we do not claim ownership of any recipe content.

To use certain features (saving recipes, extraction history, cookbooks), you need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The free plan includes 10 lifetime recipe extractions. Pro plans offer unlimited extractions and additional features. Plan details and pricing are available on our pricing page.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly ($5/month) or annually ($39/year) through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal in your dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain Pro access until then.

We reserve the right to modify plan limits and pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes take effect at your next billing cycle, not mid-cycle.

If you're not satisfied with Pro, contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase for a full refund — no questions asked. After the 7-day window, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, but you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges. Refund requests should be sent to itsmichele@omg.lol.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to scrape, mirror, or redistribute recipe content at scale
• Attempt to bypass extraction limits through multiple accounts or automated means
• Use the Service to extract content that isn't publicly accessible
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code

We extract recipes for personal, non-commercial use. If you need bulk or commercial access to recipe data, please contact the original recipe publishers directly.

Recipe content belongs to its original creators. No Story Please is a formatting tool — we don't claim ownership of extracted recipes. Our service, branding, design, and code are our intellectual property.

If you're a recipe publisher and believe our service infringes on your rights, please contact us and we'll work with you to address your concerns.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that:

• Every recipe extraction will be accurate or complete
• The Service will be available 100% of the time
• Extracted recipe content is safe for your dietary needs — always verify ingredients if you have allergies or dietary restrictions

To the fullest extent permitted by law, No Story Please and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, errors in extracted recipe content.

Important: Always verify recipe ingredients and instructions, especially if you have food allergies. We are a formatting tool, not a source of nutritional or medical advice.

Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information. The short version: we collect only what's necessary and never sell your data.

You can stop using No Story Please at any time. If you have a Pro subscription, cancel it through the billing portal in your dashboard before deleting your account. You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms, with notice when practical.

We may revise these terms from time to time. For significant changes, we'll provide notice through the app or by email. The most current version will always be available at this page.
