Right-click to send a recipe.
Choose "Extract with No Story Please" from the right-click menu. The extension sends the page or link URL to No Story Please in a new tab.
The web app extracts the recipe there. Your original page stays open so you can return to the source.
A shortcut for your recipe URL.
Click the extension icon to open its popup. The current page URL is filled in for you; click "Extract Recipe" to send it to the web app.
You can also paste a different recipe URL into the popup.
Save a recipe for next time.
Once your recipe opens in No Story Please, sign in to save it to a cookbook. Your saved recipes are available from your dashboard.
Read, cook, or print.
Use the Cook button on the recipe page to enter Cooking Mode, or choose Print for a clean paper copy.
These controls are on the No Story Please recipe page. The extension's right-click menu sends the recipe URL to the app.
How it works.
Add to Chrome
Install No Story Please from the Chrome Web Store. You don't need an account to use the extension.
Open a recipe page
Browse to a recipe you want to extract, or right-click a link to one.
Send it to No Story Please
Choose "Extract with No Story Please." A new tab opens and the web app starts extracting the recipe.
Cook without the clutter.
Add the extension to send recipe URLs to No Story Please without copying and pasting them.
